SiteCrawl (the "Service") is operated by Design Recipe (the "Company") and provides web page fetching, storage, and change detection capabilities. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Registration

• You must provide accurate information when registering. False registration is prohibited.

• Make excessive requests to target sites or conduct DoS/DDoS-like activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to or interfere with the Service
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• Collect or distribute illegal content through the Service
• Impersonate the Company or any third party
• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or create derivative works from the Service
• Engage in any activity the Company deems inappropriate

4. External Site Access and User Responsibility

The Service automatically accesses URLs you specify. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and complying with the terms of service, access policies, and copyright of any target site
• Determining the legality and appropriateness of scraping any particular site
• Any impact your scraping activity has on target site servers or operations
• All liability arising from how you use, process, publish, or redistribute scraped data

The Company accepts no responsibility for your access to external sites or your use of data obtained through the Service.

5. Service Characteristics and Disclaimer

The Service makes no warranties regarding:

• Completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of scraping results
• Accuracy or completeness of change detection (structural changes to target sites may affect detection)
• Impact of changes to target site structure or specifications on Service behavior
• Continuous availability or uptime of the Service

The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of using the Service, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Service Modifications, Suspension, and Termination

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted to the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
